Thinkpad T530 Ctrl-Alt-Break for Remote Desktop Full Screen

Thinkpad T530 does not have the "break" key. Use "Fn-Alt-B" will generate "Break" key code.

So to send Ctrl-Alt-Break, just do Ctrl-Alt-Fn-B
